Welcome to CrossFit e-town!  We’re glad you found us and are taking the time to educate yourself about us and what CrossFit is and what it can be for you.

CrossFit e-town was founded on the simple beliefs of community and family.  We believe that all things are possible with your family and friends by your side.  We strive to offer that same support and become your home away from home.  The coaches have come from different backgrounds but have united to offer each athlete the most dynamic and powerful knowledge base in the area.  Our goal is simple:  to create the strongest community possible which will support and create the strongest athletes possible.  We want to help you reach outside of yourself and conquer things you never thought possible.

Our coaches have a variety of certifications and athletic experiences.  Whether you participate in the daily CrossFit WOD, Olympic lifting, or endurance training we have the ability to help you reach your goals.  All members receive one on one meetings with our goal setting coach to help you set and monitor your goals, and nutritional advice to help maximize your performance and lifestyle through appropriate food choices.

CrossFit e-town is a place where you can find yourself, develop a stronger mind, body, and soul, and experience a true results based fitness program, unlike anything you have ever experienced.  We are trainers, coaches, and athletes – not sales people. Results are what matters and CrossFit sells itself because it works.

Here’s the road map to getting started with our group classes:

 

1.  No Sweat Intro

Book a free "No Sweat Intro" to meet a coach for a private 20-minute chat. No sales pressure, just a chance to see if we’re compatible. Don't worry, this isn't a workout (hence the "No Sweat").

 

 

2.  Free CrossFit Class

We offer a Free CrossFit Class and Introductory Session most Saturdays at 10:00am. These sessions are designed for anyone interested in learning more about our program and meeting our staff of coaches. In this session we start with a workout and take you through a typical class hour at Crossfit e-town. We coach you through some of the movements we do in the group class so you get a feel for how we teach, and take you through a short workout. Afterward we talk about the method of CrossFit, discuss how we operate at our Box and the membership options. This session is on us.

 

We offer these Free Classes and Introductory Sessions on a weekly basis.  Sign up under Free Trial Class on Saturday HERE!

 

If Saturday for some reason does not fit into your schedule, email us at info@crossfitetown.com for a one on one intro session, where we will talk about your goals, what CrossFit can offer you, a tour of our Box and answer any questions.

 

3.  Free eFit Class

Come check out our Bootcamp class which is held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:00am or 9:30am.  Just fill out our waiver HERE

 

4.  Starting With A Personal Trainer

e-town Personal Trainers are at the top of their field. Our clients are professional athletes, senior citizens, the overweight and underweight, kids and parents and best friends together.

 

You can do Personal Training at e-town, one-on-one, two-on-one, or in a private group of up to twelve.

5. CrossFit 101 Group Class and Membership

If group training is what you are looking for then your first stop is our CrossFit 101 Membership. We start everyone with CrossFit 101.

 

CrossFit e-town prides its self in providing “CrossFit 101” as an opportunity for new members to receive an education on the fundamentals of CrossFit.  “CrossFit 101” takes place in a comfortable small class setting and allows all skill levels to learn at their own appropriate pace.   Our highly qualified coaches are trained to work with all physical abilities and age groups in order for members to receive a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology.   This will include understanding the importance of technique in fundamental movements, how to maintain proper mobility, understanding how to customize each workout to meet individual needs, and a better understanding of nutrition based on each members fitness goals.   

 

CrossFit 101” is a 1 month membership.  It starts with 2 weeks of an educational course from our highly qualified coaches on the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting.   (Course offered M,W, Th @ 6:30 a.m., 7:30 p.m. or by appointment).   After your first 2 weeks of class, your will be eligible to enter into our regular CrossFit classes for 2 weeks.  Cost for your first month is $150.

6. Membership

Group classes provide the arena for how we coach our athletes and feature the CrossFit Workout of the Day.  Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability, and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own. Our group classes are limited to 16 athletes and are an hour long. Our daily class schedule offering is extensive. Come play for our team.

 

7. Personal Training

Group training not for you, or maybe need a little extra work on technique or mobility? All of our coaches are available for personal training. Rates vary between per hour based on session length and number of sessions purchased. Email us if personal training is the option you’re interested in.
